The original founding: After trying to start up numerous clans, all of which failed, Falco13747 told me of a god more evil then Zammorak, one of which a clan had not yet been created in the name of. We saw our chance and seized it, but at this point only with our little fingers.We can't find out the excact date, but we think that the Sons of Zaros were first formed sometime in June of 2004. The clan was a big disappointment, just like the others, it was very hard just to get a few members to join. At the end of July we kinda gave up, and the clan fell to pieces. After being hacked twice in a row, I made a vow that if I was ever hacked again I would retire from the world of Runescape. Guess what happened? About the end of July 04 I quit. Near the begining December 04 I started looking for another MMORPG to get hooked on. I failed. Towards the end of December I started playing Runescape again.... By this time I found that a few of my friends (spartan310 and sebex) played Runescape too. I also got insamoufonyx and regulator90 hooked on the game. After a week or so we started talking about starting up a clan, and I reminded falco13747 about the Sons of Zaros. Whilst I was on Runescape I was PMed by an owner of another clan wishing for a clan war with the Sons of Zaros. I asked him how he knew about my old clan and he told me he'd found the website. I went on it and looked at the forums and there were at least 10 posts of new member requests, and this is with-out me even trying to find new members! So we decided that it was probably best to re-found the old clan. And thus the second founding of the mighty Sons of Zaros was formed. The second founding: Garrgolye has moved on to bigger and better things, leaving us trailing in his wake. We hope one day to fight alongside our brother again, in the mean-time we (Insamoufoynx and Regulator90) keep SoZ alive and lead from the frontline. |
